Solution AutoPro Terms and Conditions: By accessing or using Solution AutoPro (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform. Your use also constitutes agreement to our Privacy Policy (link available at the bottom of the homepage or upon request at admin@solutionautopro.com). You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and agree to use the Platform legally and ethically, avoiding fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse. Prohibited activities include illegal, abusive, or deceptive conduct, such as harassment, defamation, impersonation, unauthorized data scraping, hacking, or system interference. The Platform acts solely as a facilitator connecting customers and service providers. Solution AutoPro does not guarantee service quality or oversee transactions, and all disputes must be resolved directly between customers and providers. Payments, fees, and refunds follow our payment policy, and Solution AutoPro is not responsible for payment disputes, which are handled by Stripe. Service providers acknowledge that Solution AutoPro charges an 8% platform fee per completed transaction, which is automatically deducted before payouts. This fee is non-refundable, including in cases of disputes, chargebacks, or cancellations, unless stated otherwise in our payment policy. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a license to use it for Platform operations. We reserve the right to remove unlawful or prohibited content, and all Platform content and branding are protected under intellectual property laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, and users may delete their accounts at any time, but obligations prior to termination remain valid. The Platform is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Solution AutoPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use. By using the Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Solution AutoPro harmless against claims, damages, or liabilities related to your use, violations of these Terms, or disputes with third parties. These Terms are governed by Florida law, and any disputes must be resolved in Florida state or federal courts.
