Terms of Use

Welcome to Solution AutoPro! By signing up for and using our auto service finder platform (the “Platform”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found on our website or obtained by contacting us at admin@solutionautopro.com.

2. User Obligations

You are required to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration and update it as necessary.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and assume responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Use the Platform lawfully, avoiding fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse, including:
    • Misrepresenting yourself or the services you offer.
    • Engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful behavior.
    • Uploading harmful content, such as viruses or malware.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Engage in illegal or unauthorized actions on the Platform.
  • Harass, defame, or threaten other users.
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems to access Platform data.
  • Impersonate another individual or entity.

4. Platform’s Role and Limitations

Solution AutoPro facilitates connections between service providers and customers but does not:

  • Endorse, vet, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or safety of services.
  • Mediate disputes between users or between customers and providers. Disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

5. Payment Policies & Provider Fees

  • Payments on the Platform are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
  • Solution AutoPro charges service providers an 8% platform fee per completed transaction, automatically deducted before payouts. This fee is non-refundable, including in cases of customer disputes, chargebacks, or cancellations unless stated otherwise in our payment policy.
  • Solution AutoPro does not manage payment disputes. All disputes related to transactions should be directed to Stripe.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the Platform (e.g., profiles, reviews) but grant Solution AutoPro a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute content for operational purposes.
  • Solution AutoPro may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
  • The Platform’s content, branding, and features are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Users may delete their accounts at any time, but obligations incurred before termination remain valid.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided “as is”, with no guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  • Solution AutoPro is not responsible for service provider actions, disputes, or damages arising from service interactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solution AutoPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solution AutoPro harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Disputes between you and another party.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved in Florida state or federal courts.

12. Amendments to Terms

Solution AutoPro may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
